Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Reading Salary: £20 - £25 per hour Contract: Interim About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an FE college based in Reading area, with a strong focus on Employee Relations. You will support managers across the college with a wide range of ER matters, helping to ensure a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach.
