Incentive Manager (Revenues and Benefits)
Incentive ManagerHours: Full time (37 hours)Salary: £35,530 - £42,361 (depending on experience)Location: RemoteMain duties of the job:Lead, manage and motivate the Incentives team to deliver against contractual KPIs and financial targetsEnsure accurate and timely production of mid-month and end-of-month incentive reporting across all contractsMonitor and drive performance across CTAX and NNDR arrears, identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsOversee and validate incentive calculations, ensuring transparency and auditabilityWork closely with operational teams (Recovery / RandB) to align activity and maximise collection outcomesManage team performance through regular 1:1s, reviews and coachingSupport recruitment, onboarding and development of team membersHandle escalations, client queries and complaints relating to incentive activityEnsure all processes are documented, standardised and not reliant on single individualsIdentify and implement improvements to reporting, automation and data processesSupport client meetings, providing insight and performance narratives where requiredEnsure compliance with the organisations policies, procedures and data handling standardsThe successful candidate must have proven experience in a leadership role within debt recovery / revenues / local government services ..... full job details .....
