Job Title: DV Cleared Service Desk Analyst.Location: CorshamDuration: 6 months with possible extensionRate: Up to £450 per day via an approved umbrella companyResponsibilities
Manage and maintain Service Desk jobs assigned by Service Desk ManagerRespond to calls routed to the Level 4 Service Desk as swiftly as possible, as per the priorities directed by the system authority and directed under DDP150, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and escalating all breaches as necessary to the Service Desk ManagerPerform and complete the daily check list and report any issues to the Service Desk Manager; proactively report potential improvements in processes or procedures to the Service Desk Manager / Operations ManagementReport any potential security risks using the directed authority processes as soon as possibleConduct account management and processing in line with authority access management procedures, particularly focused on application or permissions for Base SkypeManaging incidents within the system environment and across specified system boundariesReceiving and provisioning user accounts using bespoke system toolingSupporting the Continual Service Improvement of existing Incident management processes and proceduresSupporting, and deputise for, the Service Operations Service Desk ManagerSupport the production and distribution of Management Information from Service Management ToolingMandatory Skills
TILv3 Foundation minimumCompetent with MS Office Automation ToolsIT Service Desk ExperienceExperience of ITSM tooling such as RemedyStrong Communication SkillsDesirable Skills
