As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking experience. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management and supervision of daily bar operations.Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and execute creative and high-quality drink menus.Oversee the training and development of bar staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff.Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:Previous experience in a senior bar staff or assistant manager role is essential.Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
