We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding accountancy practice for a Tax Semi Senior to join the tax department at the firm s Watford office. This is a mixed tax role that would suit someone with 2-3 years tax experience gained within practice. Whilst ATT qualification is preferred it isn t essential. As Tax Semi Senior your responsibilities will include: Providing tax compliance services and advice to a diverse portfolio, comprising mainly family companies and their owners, small businesses and private individuals Responsibility for a portfolio of personal and company clients, preparing and submitting tax returns and managing statutory deadlines and other tax compliance matters Reviewing tax returns prepared by other members of the tax team Tax planning and advisory work Taking on additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as required, including researching various tax matters and assisting in drafting tax advice Handling ad hoc client queries Responding quickly and effectively to client requirements Identifying tax planning opportunities for clients Contribute to the development of internal tax department procedures Assist with administrative tasks as required We welcome application from people that can satisfy the ..... full job details .....
