The Ginger Fox restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. We offer an hourly wage of £11.44, plus tips via tronc between £5000-£8000, and an average of 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities/requirementsPreparing and cooking food to the highest standardMaintaining and managing prep levelsEnsuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintainedAssisting with menu planning and developmentFollowing recipes and presentation guidelines accuratelyMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar kitchen environmentExcellent cooking skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisinesExperience in managing and training junior chefs and kitchen assistantsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work well under pressureGood knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
