Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompleting building services HVAC / electrical maintenance across commercial grade estatesTo undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systemsTo cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreementsTo respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely serviceWork on AHU''s, fans coils and general HVAC plant roomMechanical and fabric tasks where requiredCompliance checksSmall works projectsLead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractorsProvide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records Skills and Background RequiredRecognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician or respective ..... full job details .....
