I am looking for a Skilled Labourer to work on a contract assisting tradesman in void and tenanted social housing properties around the coventry area.

The skilled labourer will be required to:

• assisting tradesman
• finishing works
• keep the site clean

I am looking for a skilled labourer who:

• has experience working on their own
• has experience doing basic finishing works
• has own hand tools

In return, the Skilled Labourer will receive:

• -18 per hour
• Temporary contract
• 40 hours per week
