Registered Nurse

to work in a brand new state of the art care home opened in Holt, Norfolk. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. The latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt offers residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a well-designed setting.

QualificationsTo be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care

Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy

Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals

Report any ill health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary

Preferred skills and experience

Proven experience of working in a care setting

A good team player

Well-developed time management and leadership skills

Able to show a can-do attitude

Salary: GBP 24.50 per hour; annual salary up to GBP 61,152
