Role OverviewThey are seeking to appoint an experienced and well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to oversee a major hotel fit-out project in Manchester city centre, due to commence in July 2025 and run through to January 2026. Valued at circa 5m, this project will be your immediate focus, followed by an opportunity to influence the commercial infrastructure of the business and take a leadership role in the development of internal systems and strategy. This role offers a clear pathway to Commercial Manager and Commercial Director level.
