Dedicated support engineers spend much of their time engaged with the customer, providing status, working through technical hurdles, and offering expert guidance on our core software.Responsibilities
Use product knowledge to address individual tickets through troubleshooting, escalation, and customer service.Identify useful technical information from tickets to share with the team and improve documentation.Identify and convey product deficiencies and persistent client complaints to Service Delivery Manager, Product Management and Engineering to contribute to product improvements.Assist in application configuration.Develop utility and monitoring scripts and applications primarily using JavaScript, Python and AWS services.Respond quickly to critical customer issues.Troubleshoot and repair issues with minimal supervision; lead technical outage bridges and engage appropriate resources to drive issues to closure.Track and report operational workflows; maintain records of results and feedback. Analyze data and metrics to identify problem areas and provide actionable insight.Act as a technical resource in projects and initiatives and ensure successful project implementation.Contribute to design considerations for new products or architectural changes to existing products.Analyze problems in design, configuration, data flow and data state within a highly complex multi-product provisioning system.Perform routine maintenance tests and ensure maintenance is validated to minimize impact.Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.Attain industry standard certifications and education.Demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.About You
