This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed inclusion team and make a tangible difference in the lives of children who face multiple challenges in engaging with their education.=This is a term-time-only role for 32.5 hours per week. About the RoleAs an Inclusion Support Worker, you will be at the heart of the school''s mission to support every child. You will be instrumental in ensuring pupils can access their education and will work to raise their standards of attainment. Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing bespoke individual support plans and strategies for pupils with additional needs.Working creatively with individuals and small groups to overcome barriers to learning, helping to re-engage them in school life.Collaborating effectively with class teachers, families, and external professionals to create a holistic support network for each child.Using specialist resources and a child-centred approach to plan and adjust learning activities as needed.Maintaining clear and professional records to monitor pupil progress against their action plans.What We Are ..... full job details .....
