Senior Systems Engineer CCTV Access Control and AlarmsRegional Role - Covering Calne and surrounding areas 35,000 - 45,000pa DOEOur client, who specialises in security solutions, is currently requiring a Service Engineer to provide ongoing maintenance, support, and servicing of security systems and electrical solutions for their established customer base across the region.Main Responsibilities:Conducting scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to existing customer sites across the regionServicing, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems and electrical solutionsEnsure all work is carried out in line with standard practice, policies, and proceduresProvide effective and accurate service reports and documentationTraining customers on system updates and ensuring necessary company documentation is signedProvide accurate communication to service admin and managersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services during site visitsManage your own schedule and travel efficiently between customer sitesThis position will also include taking part in the out-of-hours support team.
