is working on behalf of a major main contractor building three multi-million pound mixed-use development schemes in London. They are seeking an experienced

Senior Planner

to support these exciting projects.This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading organization, collaborating closely with project teams and surveyors to lead construction programmes, adjust project plans as needed, and advise on systems of working development.Key Responsibilities:Implement appropriate techniques and sequencing based on each project''s individual needs.Determine logistics solutions and resources by investigating sites and local environments.Prepare logistics plans.Schedule labour, equipment, temporary works, design info, and procurement for each scheme.Monitor progress and compare with projected schedules.Use graphical and scheduled media to reflect progress and forecasts.Utilize specialist planning software, including 4D.Prepare logistics plans and write method statements.Create visual schedules of work and present plans effectively.Report findings and recommend solutions for delays.Record relevant events for potential entitlement claims.Candidate Requirements:Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and formal reporting skills.Experience in contract and tender planning.Preferably degree-qualified, minimum HNC or HND qualification.Good working knowledge of 3D or 4D modelling.Experience with Asta Powerproject, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and P6 software.They offer an excellent salary, benefits, and career development opportunities.Apply For This Job
