What You''ll Be Doing Conducting property viewings - primarily across HMO and residential properties, providing an engaging and informative experience for all potential tenants. Acting as the face of the business, building positive relationships and showcasing properties in their best light. Supporting the lettings team by feeding back on viewings, helping to secure tenancy agreements, and keeping everyone up to date. Carrying out scheduled property inspections, including testing fire alarms and ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards. Highlighting local amenities and lifestyle benefits, helping tenants make informed choices about their next home. Working closely with a supportive, close-knit team, providing assistance with other duties as required.
