Salary: MPS (London Fringe) - -34,397 to -46,838 per annum, dependent on experience
Suitable For: Qualified Teachers (ECTs are unlikely to be considered for this position)

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with an Outstanding primary school in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time, one-year maternity cover position commencing in September 2026.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil wellbeing
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to their teaching practice
