We are looking for HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers for a client based in Portbury for Mon till Friday work. Work on days starts between 0500 and 0600 and consists of 3 to 5 drops for Class 1 and 8 to 10 for Class 2 drivers. No handball involved as you are offloaded on sites. Night work is trunking and involves starting between 1700 and 1900; also no handball. If working 5 days you will average 50 hours per week paid as below: HGV Class 1 and 2 days - 17 HGV Class 1 and 2 nights - 18 Ideally we would like the drivers to be happy to work on both Class 1 and 2 vehicles as this maximizes opportunity for ongoing work due to vehicle availability. Client requires ideally at least 1 year of holding category and valid driving experience. First, an assessment needs to be arranged for a driver and if successful they can start work.
