Assistant Service Manager - Addlestone £27969 per annum pro rata Full Time 39 hours per week / Full UK driving licence required We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join the team within Amis Avenue and Addlestone services. This role will be across both of these services, supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. There are 4 homes total that require 24 hour support, supporting individuals within their own homes and their community, it is a requirement for this role hold a full UK manual driving licence and have access to a vehicle.This is a hands-on role. and the candidate will play a key role and will have passion for driving improvement for the best interest of the people we support and to be part of the On-call team this is on a rota basis.Our ideal Assistant Service Manager looks like this:Work with your Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team. Understands the balance between keeping our people safe and positive risk taking. Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how these benefits and impacts the people we support.
