Our Client Newham Council, is looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join their Adults with Learning Disabilities Service.This role sits within Adult Social Care Operations. The core functions include strength based assessments, person centred support planning, long term support arrangements, and review for customer in the community with complex needs. The post holder will be required to carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Court of Protection work.
