Are you a highly analytical thinker with a keen interest in Africa’s political, social, and economic landscape?

A growing international research firm is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their team in London. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that inform decision-makers on contemporary issues, including governance, security, development, and regional trends across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee collection, analysis, and synthesis of diverse research data, including surveys, interviews, media monitoring, and open-source intelligence.

Produce high-quality analytical reports that translate complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.

Lead small-scale projects end-to-end, managing timelines, client communication, and project delivery.

Contribute to the design of research methodologies and suggest innovative approaches to gather actionable insights.

Requirements

2–3 years of research experience

International experience is a must. African exposure is ideal, wealth of experience is nice-to-have.

Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with proven report writing ability.

Awareness of social, political and economic contexts across Africa (ie VEO groups

UK residency and the right to work in the UK.

This role is ideal for ambitious, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

To be considered, applicants must have worked in the UK for a Market Research agency conducting primary research and must hold a valid UK working permit/visa.
