HR Manager - Real Estate - London Hybrid Your new company Global real estate business. Your new role As HR Manager for the London office, you will report directly to the Associate HR Director and collaborate with the SLT to ensure that the HR function compliments business objectives. You will have a professional, UK-based population of c2000 and will oversee all elements of the employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be ER cases; coaching managers to promote early intervention on performance management and capability cases and effective HR management. You will be working in a commercial, professional business environment and directly interacting with key stakeholders.What you''ll need to succeed CIPD Qualified or equivalent, the successful HR Manager will have a track record of delivering in an HR leadership capacity in a professional, commercial environment. You will be experienced in managing stakeholder relationships, Organisational Development and performance management, as well as be well-versed in developing culture and maintaining current HR policies.
