Employment Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) Location: Wolverhampton or Telford (Hybrid Working Available)Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum - DOEContract: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and preferably be an Employment Tribunal (ET) specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, advising both employers and employees on complex employment matters. Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including case preparation and advocacy.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.Manage a varied caseload efficiently while delivering exceptional client service. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in employment law.Strong experience in Employment Tribunal work (advocacy experience highly desirable).Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
