Group Technical Manager

£65,000 - £70,000 plus Car Allowance and Bonus

This role involves improving technical consistency and material compliance across six food manufacturing sites. It is a newly created position within the Senior Technical Leadership team. The company is well-regarded for its internationally recognized products and has recently received significant investment, offering long-term stability and growth opportunities.

The position offers flexibility in location, ideally between London and the Midlands. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will lead efforts to enhance Quality Systems and Food Safety through team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should be experienced Technical Managers in food manufacturing, with a proven ability to lead remote teams and a strong understanding of customer technical requirements. Experience with BRC standards and managing material compliance, including ingredients and packaging, is essential.
