Finance Assistant - Property ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract, supporting the finance function within a busy commercial/residential property environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property finance, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on experience using property management systems such as Yardi or Horizon.You will play a key role in data entry, reporting, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and maintain accurate financial data related to property income, expenses, and service chargesPerform data entry and validation tasks across property management systems (eg, Yardi, Horizon)Prepare and issue tenant billing, including rent, service charges, and ad hoc invoicesAssist with the reconciliation of accounts and investigate discrepanciesGenerate and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesExcellent Excel skillsThis is an umbrella only contract and requires 3 days per week on client site in central London. ..... full job details .....
