Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned estimates
• Price and manage projects involving architectural and structural steelwork.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely estimates to meet client deadlines.
• Attend estimating, pre-contract, and handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions to the production team.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to secure project wins and build long-term partnerships.

• Experience: Proven track record in pricing architectural and structural steelwork projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes in metalwork and steel sectors.
• Commercial Awareness: Ability to deliver accurate estimates and manage budgets effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence in engaging with clients, designers, and contractors, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
• Time Management: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
