About the team: We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to play a key role in delivering quality engineering across our technology landscape, helping to ensure consistent, scalable and high-quality delivery aligned to our strategic objectives. In this role, you''ll help deliver and embed modern testing practices, supporting automation, performance and security testing across the full software development lifecycle. You''ll contribute to our technology modernisation agenda, ensuring quality is built in from the outset and continuously improved. Reporting into the Deputy Head of Testing, you''ll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, product and operations while supporting and developing a high-performing team. You''ll bring a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise and collaborative leadership, helping to deliver reliable, secure and customer-focused solutions across a complex, regulated environment. This role can be based from our Chatham or Wolverhampton offices.
