Key Responsibilities:Weld and fabricate commercial vehicle bodies and chassis using MIG and TIG processesAssemble and weld components and major fabrications from engineering drawingsWork with mild steel and stainless steel (1.6mm to 6mm thickness)Read and interpret engineering drawings and ISO quality standardsMark out, fettle, clean and finish parts to meet paint and finishing requirementsPressure and leak test fabrications as requiredMaintain high standards of self-inspection and reject substandard workComplete required work records and paperwork accurately and timelyFollow all health and safety procedures in accordance with company policy and risk assessmentsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCross-train to gain full competency across multiple fabrication tasksContribute to process ..... full job details .....
