The Role

As part of our St Albans team, you''ll manage your own desk and play a key role in supporting schools across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. You''ll:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts.

• Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.

• Build your own candidate and client base while servicing existing relationships.

• Work to ambitious but achievable targets in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We''re Looking For
We''re specifically seeking consultants with:

• Proven experience in education recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred).

• A strong track record of building and growing a desk.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
