The role of the Application Engineer is to provide expert technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to final implementation. Application Engineer Job Overview Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and support external sales in new markets. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions. Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and deliver on-site support. Manage the Test/Demo area, prepare trials, and assist with industry exhibitions. Collaborate with engineering teams on drawings, documentation, and project support. Ensure compliance with industry standards and prepare accurate quotations. Maintain CRM records and deliver technical training to colleagues and customers. Handle customer queries on technical issues, pricing, and delivery. Occasional UK and international travel may be required.
