RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Headteacher or Head of School

Leadership Point Range: L1-L3

Staff supervised: Teaching Assistants

Responsible for: Leadership and Management of SEND

About You

Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs, and their flourishing in all aspects of school life;

Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of driving school improvement;

Have excellent knowledge of the curriculum, the SEND Code of Practice and strategies to support the effective inclusion of all pupils;

Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school, and support teachers
