This role offers up to 45,000 and flexible working. This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will work alongside the architecture and interior design teams from concept to project completion.Role and Responsibilities Preparing schedules of condition and schedules of repairReport writing and advising clients on maintenance, repair, and refurbishment mattersManaging projects from inception through to completion, including contract administrationLiaising with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and statutory bodiesAdvising on technical challenges and providing expert guidance across a range of building types.Required Skills and Experience A BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)MRICS or looking to achieve chartershipA minimum of 3 years UK experience in Building SurveyingStrong technical knowledge across building pathology, refurbishment, and construction processesExperience working with listed buildings and heritage projects (beneficial, but not essential)A client-facing approach with strong interpersonal skillsExperience in contract administration and project management.What you get back Salary of up to 45,000Financial support for professional membershipsHybrid work options ..... full job details .....
