Job Title: Site Manager Location: Cambridge Duration: 3 months (potential for extension) Start Date: Immediate Contractor: Tier 1 Main Contractor Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new commercial build project with a Tier 1 contractor. This is an initial 3-month contract with the strong possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered to programme. Oversee subcontractors, trades, and labour on site. Maintain strict health and safety standards in line with company policies. Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications. Liaise with the Project Manager, client, and stakeholders to provide progress updates. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety, and quality management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
