role The CDM Principal Designer will be responsible for ensuring the integration of health and safety in the design process and advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015. The role also includes preparing pre-construction information and liaising closely with all project stakeholders.The

CDM Principal DesignerMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CDM or Principal Designer role

Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015

Background in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying desirable

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

APS membership or NEBOSH qualification advantageous
