Our client is adding a Senior Project Manager to its established team, seeking work experience and knowledge with Commercial Catering Equipment or Hotel, Retail Hospitality Restaurant, Bars or Eatery Fit-Outs. The right Senior Project Manager will play an integral part in leading, delivering our client projects in Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire and Essex. As a company, we provide full turnkey solutions for our clients, so you ll need to be confident in managing a complex programme of work, including the main commercial kitchen installations, bars or eatery installation, and fit-outs, ie MandE, walls, floors, ceilings and building works, as well as the contractors involved in delivering these. Projects can range in value from £100k to £3 million; therefore, you could be delivering multiple projects at once or working on a single large-scale project for an extended period. You will be confident in preparing the initial works programme, RAMS, handling variations, overseeing Operations and Maintenance manuals, signing off final accounts, and communicating with various hospitality stakeholders from all managers.
