This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and strengthen their qualifications, educator development and training programmes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, reflect industry needs and align with the organisation''s strategic ambitions.The RoleYou will lead and manage the education and educator development function, overseeing a team of learning developers and educator training officers.
