Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present food to agreed standards.Assist with stock control, ordering, and budget management.Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge.Ensure portion control and consistent food quality.Comply with all health and safety and food safety regulations.

What We''re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.NVQ or City and Guilds Chef qualifications.Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
