Mobile Electrical OR Mechanical Engineer - Commercial Office - FM Service Provider - South West London - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across London has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a portfolio of commercial offices located across South West London and the odd site a little further out. The locations have been listed below and the rest of the days will be filled with reactive calls. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Locations include

- 1 day in Ascot- 1 day in Brighton- Half day in Hounslow- Half day in Reigate- Half day in Park Royal- Half day in Guildford

Hours of work

- Monday to Friday- 8:00 am to 17:00 pm - Can be flexible to a 7:00 am to 16:00 pm- 1 in 6 Callout

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)- Emergency lighting tests- Control Panels- Changing Ballast- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and cold)- Maintain and update Log books- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets- Pumps, motors

Package

- Up to £45,000- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays- Private use available- Further training- Company pension

Requirements

- Electrically qualified - City and Guilds Level 2and3 (Required)- Mechanically qualified - City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (Required)- 18/17th Edition (Required if electrical)- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance- Multi-skilled- Good communication skills- Client Facing
