Role: Cover Supervisor

Location: Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire)

£100 - £150 per day

Start: September 2025

Are you passionate about education and enjoy working with young minds? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for roles as Cover Supervisors in Aylesbury.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and engage students in meaningful activities
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a culture of respect and cooperation
• Support students with their learning and providing assistance as needed
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure a smooth flow of information and continuity in the learning process

Requirements:

• A degree in education or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order
• Patience and resilience in managing varied classroom situations
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and year groups
