Working across NEC-based contracts, you will support the delivery of key infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual compliance, and successful commercial performance.This role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to develop towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.With the additional projects secured and their existing client their projects can range from 5 to 100M+. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the commercial management of NEC contracts across live projectsPrepare and review bills of quantities, estimates, and cost plansSupport valuations, variations, and final accountsConduct measurement and pricing of worksParticipate in procurement and tender processesMaintain cost control, forecasting, and project reportingWork closely with project delivery teams and external stakeholders RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)2-5 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within civil or constructionStrong working knowledge of NEC contract formsExcellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skillsProactive attitude with strong attention to detailCompetent in MS Office and relevant QS ..... full job details .....
