The Role

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

  • Supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs

  • Implementing individual education and behaviour plans

  • Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and reach their full potential

  • Creating a safe, calm, and nurturing learning environment

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with SEN pupils within a school or specialist setting

  • Strong knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs

  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A proactive, professional, and compassionate attitude

  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
