Job Title: HR AdministratorDuration: 2-3 months initiallyLocation: Dagenham, Essex (hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)Hourly Rate: 15 - 16 per hourWe are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of our maintenance and facilities client based in Dagenham to assist with an urgent large right to work and DBS renewal audit.This is a key support role within a busy HR function, combining project-based compliance work with general HR administration and clear, accurate staff communications to ensure the audit runs smoothly and on time.Support a high volume Right to Work and DBS renewal audit, ensuring all documentation is accurately record via U CheckDraft and send clear, consistent communications to employees regarding the project / auditAct as first point of contact for employee queriesProvide general HR Administration support to the HR teamCarry out pre-employment screening, undertaking right to work checks, references, DBS checksMonitor and administer periodical DBS check renewalsData input and management of the core HR system and employee files, ensuring all are all accurate and up to dateProvide HR support across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, contractual changes and leaver processingResponding to HR queries either verbally or in writing in a timely mannerAssist with ad hoc projects as requiredExperience / Skills required:Proven experience working as an HR Administrator, ideally ..... full job details .....
