We are hiring a
Senior Marketing Manager, UK and Ireland
to spearhead Donorbox''s expansion within the nonprofit sector in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We''re looking for a strategic marketing leader who can analyze the competitive landscape to identify new, effective ways to capture market share. In this role, you''ll lead brand awareness, partnership, and customer acquisition initiatives from ideation to execution. Working closely with Marketing leadership, you''ll develop strategies to localize marketing efforts, optimizing messaging to resonate with nonprofit leaders in the region. This role is critical to our success within the European market. You will have the opportunity to establish foundational processes, build upon existing content, and make an impact right away. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter who is eager to come up with big picture ideas then see them through, deeply understand our SaaS platform, and drive real results. This role will report to a US-based Director of Marketing and will collaborate cross-functionally with teammates worldwide. Develop high-level strategies to reach and engage our ICP (charities from all sectors, with an emphasis on faith-based organizations)Determine the most effective marketing channels and tactics for integrated campaigns that address the pain points of UK and Irish nonprofitsIncrease regional awareness of and demand for Donorbox\''s suite of fundraising toolsResearch, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships with UK-based agencies, including listings in directories and marketplacesWork closely with Partnerships team to activate and enable local affiliate partnersRecommend ways to tailor content for greater cultural relevance in the UK and Ireland, including ads and targeted campaignsIdentify in-person events that Donorbox should sponsor or attend to boost brand awareness and platform sign-ups, ensuring high ROIRepresent Donorbox at nearby community events and conferences, often alongside a Sales representative, to increase brand exposureHelp create region-specific Sales Enablement materials, including print collateral, packs, and one-pagersTell our customers\'' success stories by capturing them on video or in writingMeasure ROI of your growth-oriented marketing efforts, analyzing what\''s working and making data-driven decisions to maximize performanceConduct market research and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape in the region, suggesting ways to strengthen our positioning and create a positive brand perceptionQualifications and Experience
6-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, partnerships, business development, or similar areaProfessional marketing experience requiredProven experience managing third party relationships, such as partnerships or sponsorshipsProven experience researching audiences and extracting actionable insights about their current pain pointsSolid understanding of demand gen strategies, including developing content for each stage of the buyer\''s journeyExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAnalytical and data-driven, but also creative and willing to experimentHighly organized with an eye for detailStrong project management skills with a bias toward action and deliveryAbility to articulate how technical features benefit customers, not simply how they workAdaptable and willing to pivot as we grow as a companyBachelor\''s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fieldPreferred Skills and Nice-to-Haves
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startups is preferredExperience working in or with nonprofits, NGOs, social impact companies, or faith-based organizations is a bonusExperience working with American companies is a bonusUnderstanding of PLG and/or SLG sales methodology is a bonusExposure to CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonusDetails
Fully remote based in London, EnglandMust be available for afternoon meetings due to time zone differencesSome travel expected (4-6 times per year), with all trip expenses covered by the companySalary: $75,000-$90,000 USD (-£55,500-£66,500), depending on experienceBenefits and Perks
