Private Client Solicitor

About the Team & FirmThe Private Client team has an excellent reputation for Wills & Trusts, Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Powers of Attorney. Role OverviewThis varied role offers exposure to a wide range of Private Client work while providing the opportunity to grow and develop your career within a supportive and friendly team. You’ll work alongside experienced solicitors, directors, and secretaries, and have the chance to get involved in business development and networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and support across Private Client matters
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Supporting colleagues across the team and contributing to departmental initiatives
- Engaging with clients with a professional and personable approach
- Participating in business development and networking activities
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 PQE in Private Client work (2 PQE considered for exceptional candidates)
- Positive, proactive, and creative approach to client relationships and business development
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach
- Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy, and conscientious
