Permanent Opportunity for a Receptionist in Inverness, immediate start available! Your new companyI am recruiting on behalf of a reputable legal practice for a receptionist to join them in Inverness on a permanent basis. This role has an immediate start and would suit an experienced receptionist who is seeking a new role. Your new roleIn this role, you will be the first point of contact to greet visitors to the office. You will check in clients and visitors for booked appointments and deal with any queries from members of the public who visit the office. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and transferring to the correct person. You will also manage a shared email inbox and forward emails in a timely manner and respond to general queries and appointment requests. In this role, you will also support with general administration such as filing, scanning and copying. You may also be required to assist in booking meetings, travel and ordering office stationery. This role is fully office-based in Inverness; office hours are 9am-5pm and with an hour for lunch. This office offers parking and would be convenient for public transport.What you''ll need to succeedIn this role you must be well-presented, well-organised and confident when working in a busy office environment.
