Role: Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: West Thurrock Hours: Full timeSalary: £30,000 per annum An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Internal Sales Executive to join our clients successful team.Duties of a Internal Sales Executive: Process customer orders accurately and check product availabilityFollow up on quotes and sales enquiries, and upsell where possibleManage backorders and monitor stock availabilityHandle stock returns and liaise with the Customer Care team for faulty or damaged goodsTake ownership of customer issues and log them correctlyDeal with customer complaints and escalate when neededMaintain accurate customer records and systemsSupport general customer service tasks as requiredContribute to improving overall customer service within the branch What we would like from you: Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Good customer service and people skillsWell organised and able to manage multiple tasksGood attention to detailConfident using computer systems (e.g. Windows-based systems) If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
