Senior Carer

The successful Senior Carers will be responsible for:

• Treat all customers and employees with equality, dignity, and respect.

• Looking after people living with dementia

• Encourage customers to participate in social and leisure activities.

• Encourage challenging discrimination and harassment.

• Follow care plans and Quality Management System guidelines.

• Ensure health and safety through best practices and Westward Care guidelines

• Complete paperwork accurately and within agreed time frames.

• Work effectively with team members to deliver customer care and ensure smooth operation.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement

For this Senior Carer role, you will need:

• Ability to communicate via various methods

• Experience administering medication

• Ability to prioritise customers needs and satisfaction.

• Flexibility with working hours including weekends

• Willingness to work both independently and within a team

• Willingness to learn
