The Role:As a multi-trade you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, this will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to void (empty) Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.The multi-trade takes ownership of work, aiming for ''First time Fix'' on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters.Who we are:We provide more than 13,000 affordable homes in local authority areas across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
