Parts Administrator

-27,000 to -29,000pa d.o.e, NN16 8BG, 33 days leave, 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 4pm Fri, Pension, Permanent

Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a market leading brand has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator to join them. You will provide after care support to UK & Ireland customer:

• Receiving high volume part enquiries via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service when acknowledging enquiry
• Diagnosing part requirement, preparing quotation on in-house CRM system, distribution quotations to customers via email in a timely manner
• Receiving order confirmation from customer, and processing order, allocating stock, liaising internally with technical team for niche part requirements, ordering from suppliers
• Advising customers of ETA, and updating if any delays are foreseen
• All administration duties related to the role, providing administration support to other areas of the department when required

We would expect the successful Parts Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator, have a positive proactive approach to high volume work loads, have a friendly confident telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the companies processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked with spares administration, sales administration or a service administration position.

You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 100 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field.
