Business Development Manager Security and HVM Solutions Location: Nottingham / Hybrid Some remote flexibility Salary: Dependant on experience + bonus Ceto Talent are working with a leading infrastructure company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in their Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) product range. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded professional with technical knowledge of perimeter and vehicle security solutions to make a real impact on protecting people, property, and critical infrastructure. The Role As Business Development Manager Security and HVM Solutions, you will: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVM products (bollards, barriers, gates). Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors. Advise clients on technical solutions and influence early-stage project designs. Conduct presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to secure new business. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. What We re Looking For HND or Degree in Business or a related discipline. Proven technical business development experience. Understanding of HVM solutions and perimeter security products. Ability to read CAD drawings and present technical solutions confidently.
