The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile cases across multiple sectors and the opportunity to work closely with senior legal teams.Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of disputes across sectors such as transport, infrastructure, education, healthcare, energy, and technology. Provide legal support on public procurement and PPP matters, assisting clients with complex disputes and challenges. Support judicial review and other litigation proceedings, ensuring compliance with legal timelines. Draft and review procurement documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Act as a key contact for clients, providing tailored legal advice and guidance. Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop legal strategies for complex matters. Engage with clients across sectors to deliver practical and effective solutions.Experience Required: 5-7 years post-qualification (England and Wales) in complex litigation, ideally with a focus on public procurement.
